If it is the first time you register at MSPA Asia/Pacific On Line Certification Platform
After you submit your personal data at the register form, you will receive a email at the email adress with the access information for login. The next step will be the order entrance payment of US$18.15 on a secure gateway named WorldPay, in this procedure and after you receive a success message of payment, two emails will be sent to you (One payment receipt proof from WorldPay's Gateway and other with the MSPA Europe Invoice attached.
From the success register date you will have 365 days of login access to this platform until annual renewal payment of US$18.15
This first registration to the MSPA Asia/Pacific Certification On Line Platform offers you until 90 days counting from your registration date, free access to take the MSPA Asia/Pacific On Line Certification Level 1 test.
This certification test is the basic qualification MSPA Asia/Pacific currently provides for carrying out mystery shopping in Asia/Pacific. It covers all of the key criteria for understanding mystery shopping and how you can be involved in the industry.
The certification test is in 6 modules or sections. Each section consists of: Introduction text Followed by a test of questions Each module contains a number of questions on a database and the questions selected for your specific test are selected randomly by the system. So if you do take the test more than once or your friend takes the test, you may well find that some of the questions are different.
You will need to score 80% to pass the test. In additional, you can not have a score lower than 50% in any of the modules. You may quit the test at anytime and then follow the instructions in the e-mail you received to log back in. When you login, you will be brought back to the beginning of the section you left off on.
Please note that until you click "save & Exit" on a module page your answers to that section are not saved. Once you have clicked through "Start", you will NOT be able to return to it. Please read all material before continuing on to the questions.
In case you get final approval at MSPA Asia/Pacific On Line Certification Level 1 test you can access to second level certification. The second level certification will be charged.
In case you are not approved at MSPA Asia/Pacific On Line Certification Level 1 test you will have more 30 days to do a second test for free. After doing the second test and your status remmaing not approved you will have to pay new order to do it.
TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION QUESTIONS
How do I change my e-mail address?
As an MSPA certified shopper, you were issued a certification code that corresponds with your email address.
Login with the email address and password you set when you signed up for certification.
If you have forgotten your password, click "(recover password)" to have your password e-mailed to you.
What do I do if my certificate will not print?
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your certificate. The program is free and can be downloaded here.Your certificate should print on almost all printers but it can make a difference based on how your printer is set up. Note – you do not need your certificate, you only really need your certification number which is on the Congratulations page before you are given a print option. If you would like to print out your certificate in the future, you can do so by logging in at http://mspa-ap.org/mspa_shoppers/login.php with the login information you set when you first took the test (there is a password reminder form there as well in case you have forgotten it!)
My computer timed out when I was in the process of taking my test, what do I do?
You can login to the test again by going to http://mspa-ap.org/mspa_shoppers/login.php, and logging in with the information you set when you first registered. (There is also a link for a password reminder on that page in case you have forgotten it). Logging back into the test will bring you to the point you left off without incurring any extra charges.
I forgot my certification number.
You can login anytime and go to http://mspa-ap.org/mspa_shoppers/certifications_member.php?module=my_certifications to retreive your codes. Use the login information you set when you signed up to log back in.
I never set a password. Where can I do this?
Go to http://mspa-ap.org/mspa_shoppers/login.php and enter your e-mail address and click at "(recover password)". A password will be e-mailed to you.
After paying my test fee, I attempted to go on and take the test, but I was knocked off when I hit the "Continue" button.
Follow the instructions in the e-mail you were sent when you registered to log back into the test. You can login anytime at http://mspa-ap.org/mspa_shoppers/login.php and access to your certification at COURSES CERTIFICATIONS list.
I want to do my Endorsment
If you are logged must click on the "My Endorsments", choose the certification and a link is provided only to provide businesses, which in turn will access and 'endorse' the shopper for this certification. To endorse the company, it has to be on the list of companies available, because otherwise it is not possible. All endorsments that hold will be placed on a list provided to your personal area.

Return/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of business, refund is only possible in case of proven technical problems.
Delivery Standards
After payment is processed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent with username and password, granting access to the e-learning platform. Once the person starts the training process, he/she will have 3 months to complete the test.
In case the person fails the test, he/she will be able to repeat the test once within 1 month. If the person fails the test twice, a new subscription fee is required in order to take another chance.
After paying the access to the platform, the person is granted access to the e-learning content for 12 months.
